Description
One of the largest cordless lawnmowers available – and one of the few featuring self-propulsion – the 51cm Mountfield Empress 51 Li is a fast, low-effort way to tackle more substantial areas, especially those with slopes and areas of rough that would tough to cover with a hand-push model.
The Mountfield Empress 51 Li Self-Propelled Cordless Lawnmower is powered by two cutting-edge 48v (5Ah) lithium-ion batteries (included) that offer long run-times and short charge-times; and which combine with a high-torque brushless motor to provide true-petrol matching performance, but with far less noise, zero toxic exhaust emissions and no starting-hassle.
One of the most flexible machines of its type available, the four-in-one Mountfield Empress 51 Li Self-Propelled Cordless Lawnmower can be set-up to either bag, mulch, rear-discharge or side-discharge – whatever the conditions, you’ll be able to achieve excellent results!
Many cordless lawnmowers are based around polypropylene cutter decks – not so the Empress 51 Li, with its steel deck offering rugged durability and capable of shrugging-off any accidental knocks and bumps.
Six preset cutting-heights – selectable via only one lever – mean you’ll be able to create your preferred style of finish; while a handy ‘collector full’ warning indicator lets you know when a trip to the compost bin is imminent (the collector holds a substantial 60 litres of clippings).
This clean, green mowing-machine also features ball-bearing wheel mounts for a smoother run across rough ground.
