Our Facebook Competition – Win A Fabulous Einhell Brushcutter – Get Involved Now

Yay. It’s MowDirect Facebook competition time again. It’s grey and windy outside today but some of the competition entries we have already received are putting a sunny smile on my carefully moisturised face.

This competition is to celebrate The Royal Horticultural Society’s National Gardening Week (it’s this week peeps) and we’re very pleased to be offering a fabulous prize, brimming with Greman engineering and power.

My elder and better colleague Mr Dick Roberts blogged yesterday, superbly as ever, on the total grass nipping joys of the Einhell GE-BC 33 AS Low-Vibration Brushcutter   and guess what? This excellent and popular machine is the star prize in our current competition.

Einhell GE-BC brishcutter

PRIZE BRUSHCUTTER: German engineering: Einhell GE-BC 33 brushcutter

It is worth £169.95 (worth more in reality as this our price and well below the actual RRP of £349.95) and it is a very popular machine…

Very Satisfied – Excellent Service – Good Product – Good Price. Excellent value for money…well engineered and solid

‘Great Machine. I had my first real trial of this machine today. Six hours of long grass strimming. The machine coped well with it all. And it didn’t drink too much petrol either. Five stars’

Powerful Cutter…Nicely made piece of German engineering.’, ‘Brilliant bit of Kit…a great tool. It does the job well.’, ‘Well Built…’, ‘Makes fun out of hard work’.

So. (Can’t believe I am now starting sentences with so, but there you are) How do you win one of these superb machines? Well, its as easy as falling off a log, though nowhere near as painful.

We all love our gardens. From postage stamp sized lawns to huge expanses of grass, from decking agogo to flower beds and vegetable patches, from a perfect place for a barbecue to a playground for the kids, our gardens are treasured outdoor living spaces, food-producing plots or just somewhere to go for some peace and quiet.

So (there I go again) All we want is for you to tell us about your ideal garden. Just go to our Facebook page and post an entry as a comment under our competition post.

Your ideal garden could be a fantasy place, something from your imagination, or the perfect paradise you haven’t quite managed to create yet because you’ve been too busy watching box sets of Game of Thrones.

It could be a Japanese garden with sand and stones and floaty, fluty music, a cultured sculpture park with weird and wacky structures dotted around the place. It could be a landscaped paradise of ornamental blooms or a wilderness awash with wonderful wildflowers.  It could be in the form of a poem, a paragraph or just a line.

All we ask is that your competition entry is no more than 50 words that it is totally your own work and written in your own words.

Your entry could be funny or moving or thoughtful or informative or simply descriptive. Tell us what you really want in your garden, even if it is fanciful or expensive, and let us know what your ideal garden means to you.

I, of course, being a blogger for MowDirect, am not allowed to enter at all…YA BOO!

However, if I were able to have a go, my entry would be something like…

My ideal garden would be

A lawn and a lovely plum tree

A summerhouse full of champagne

A place to keep out of the rain

A spot where my friends can have fun

Laugh, live and lounge in the sun

A heavenly haven outdoors

That’s mine, now how about yours?

And that’s Exactly 50 words…get in!

So what are you waiting for? The competition runs until midnight on the 23rd of May and the winner will be announced on the 25th May. The top ten entries will be published in a special blog.

An excellent company to deal with. I received extensive guidance online and over the ‘phone which helped me make the correct decision regarding the best product for my requirements. Once the order was placed, I was informed about the dispatch process, and the new lawn tractor was delivered in line with my request.’ R. Pyper (TRUSTPILOT)

Good luck.    See Ya.   Holly.
