Designed to deliver true petrol-matching performance, the Zomax DP552 is powered by a latest generation 58v lithium-ion battery-pack that won’t lose charge when not in use, and which offers the sort of speedy charge times and extended run times that simply can’t be achieved with lower-tech lead-acid and nickel-cadmium units*.
The pro-grade Zomax DP552 Cordless Long-Reach Hedgetrimmer excels when it comes to ergonomics, with is articulating cutter head and rotating rear handle combining to enable it to be configured to suit any operator and any hedge. Contributing further to user comfort and ease of handling is its remarkably lightweight build and optimised centre of gravity.
Thanks to its sizeable 24mm tooth pitch, the DP552 will chop through older, thicker growth without damaging the plant, and without stalling – or overloading – the motor.
This model measures an expansive 220cm when fully extended, but that can be reduced to just 110cm for easy transport and storage.
