That versatility is thanks to Racing’s provision of four cutting-modes - you can elect to either collect, mulch, side-discharge or rear-discharge clippings, thereby making it possible to manage fine, formal lawns, overgrown outlying areas and everything in between. Contributing further to adaptability is a five-step cutting-height range (25-65mm) that’s straightforward to adjust using just the one lever.
The Racing 5096-AC 4-in-1 Petrol Lawnmower combines a generous 50.2cm working-width with a roomy 55-litre grassbag and rear-wheel self-propulsion so as to ensure you’ll be able to get around a substantial area rapidly and with little effort expended.
A 196cc four-stroke air-cooled OHV engine - the most powerful in this class - means it will take challenging cutting-conditions in its stride; large-diameter drive-wheels (270mm) provide delicate, scuff-free traction and enhanced long-grass turning-capability.
Other attractive features include a deck-mounted hosepipe attachment for easy under-deck cleaning; and a protective cover that prevents dust-accumulation and moisture-damage during storage.
