Description
The Oleo-Mac SCA38 B45 Petrol Lawn Scarifier has a number of uses – it removes weeds, moss and thatch from the lawn to facilitate more vigorous growth, and it can be used prior to fertilisation and seeding in order to allow better penetration of the turf.
It has a compact 38cm working-width, so it will prove a great buy if you’re garden has flowerbeds, shrubs and ornaments to work around (it’s ideally suited to areas up to 1000m2).
Built to last, the Oleo-Mac SCA38 B45 Professional Petrol Lawn Scarifier employs only high-quality parts, and has a robust steel body and 15 highly durable scarifying blades.
Longevity is further enhanced, thanks to its 127cc Briggs & Stratton 550-Series engine; a highly economical overhead-valve unit which features a cast-iron cylinder sleeve, Dura-Lube™ Splash Lubrication, an automotive-style paper air filter and dual ball-bearings on the crank.
The working-depth on the Oleo-Mac SCA38 B45 Petrol Lawn Scarifier is controlled using a single lever that’s mounted on the handlebar, so it’s quick and easy to make adjustments to suit both the nature of the application and the grass conditions.
This rugged, steel-decked machine runs on durable ball-bearing wheels, and comes with a capacious 48-litre debris bag, which helps to minimise the frequency of breaks for emptying.
