Its fast-charging and long-lasting 40v lithium battery combines with an efficient, high-torque brushless motor to power either of the two supplied cassettes, which are interchangeable without tools:
Rake Cassette
The rake cassette is equipped with a series of sprung tines, which ‘comb’ the grass, pulling-out any growth-stifling moss, thatch or laterally growing rhizomes.
Scarifier Cassette
More aggressive in approach, the scarifier cassette cuts slits into the turf, through which air, water and nutrients will be able to penetrate right to the heart of the root network.
Built to last, the Greenworks GD40SC36 40v Cordless Scarifier is based around a high-quality plastic housing that will prove resistant to weathering, impact and corrosion.
Substantial wheels work with a machine weight of only 11.1kg and a soft-grip handlebar to make it a pleasure to operate; five-stage working-depth adjustment means you can adapt the particular condition of your lawn.
A 45-litre debris bag is included, so you won’t have to tidy-up with your hand rake or blower.
